Well, since I last posted, I've been a bit busy. Plus my dad's been online all the time so I couldn't get all. This should all change with the arrival of ADSL in the next week. Finally! I can't seem to remember much of what I did. Saturday I went to a drift comp up at Mallala. V. exciting. I will go again. Afterwards D and I stopped at the beach, north of Adelaide and ended up talking to some locals about their house. Sunday I slept in, and then I went to miss__scarlet's to give her a massage and make muffins (YU-UM). Plus I wanted a hug from D, so I did that. I watched Eurovision (the finals) with his dad, and I thoroughly enjoyed the voting animation/computer stuff, and the few songs I liked were those of Spain, Cyprus, and Serbia-Montenegro. I thought the Ukraine was really weird, but the costumes were good. And I forget which country he was from but the guy who sang "Music is What I Want" really sucked. Monday was a lazy day, although we set it off with a big family argument. Well, no, an argument between my dad and whoever he decided he was against since he started to invent things that hadn't happened so he could vent on me. I stayed very calm. Aren't you proud? Tuesday I started First Aid. Since Monday I'd been having trouble falling asleep, and I was pretty sure I knew what the problem was (stiff neck and shoulders). On Wednesday night I managed to get in with my massage therapist and she ended up doing Trigger Point Therapy on me. It hurt but it felt so good.

I could hit the ceiling I'm so happy. I just had the best news ever. My friend who's pregnant and engaged - her partner's been seeking a job and a visa to stay in Australia for longer, and with two days to go he got both a job and the visa! Best news EVER. Now he will be here for the baby's birth!

This, btw, stolen from phaedrine's journal is hysterical. Yay! If you have seen the movie recently, you must so read this (after seeing Troy). I mean, la, predictiable because Tory being the story it is ... but ... better after. Look here for more. Hehe.
