Lol, today I collected Darius from work and gave him a lift home (he ended up driving after a short while, as it started pissing down with rain like we haven't seen in over a year - big, fat, solid droplets - and I try to avoid driving in the rain) but before we made it to where I'd parked the car, we ran into another uni student who is also Lithuanian. They had a short chat about passports and dual-citizenship and the like, and then got onto the subject of ethnicities, which ended up with the guy asking me if I was Litho too. Our conversation went much like this: ( Bi-racial, who me? )

Heh. It was amusing.

Anyway, then this reminds me of a sms conversation Darius and I had a little while ago, that went like this: ( I should text-flirt with him more often, I think. )

Don't have really any news, just yet. Apart from nearly being cleaned up by some idiot woman driver in a 4WD who pulled into a little way into a side street off another side street and then put her car in reverse and backed up very quickly without looking. I honked, she managed to stop in time (just), and the car behind me stopped in time too (I was having visions of the front, side, and back of my car being crumpled by her and the car behind me). I was so - unusually - cross (I'm never ever this reckless normally, in fact I've never done this before and don't plan to again) that I got put on the handbrake, got out of my car, slammed the door, walked over to her car and waited while she wound down the window. Then I (very politely, actually) told her that she'd nearly wiped out my car and to next time take a little more care. She apologised and I nodded, and then walked back to my car, got in and drove off.

Anyway, any good news I had hoped to be able to post about by today will not be posted about until Tuesday - in which case, we hope it is still good, and that you guys didn't mind the wait (even if the news ends up as not so good).
