People underestimate having a nice phone voice. I don't mean for that sort of call either.

I just had a call from a girl (probably in a role similar to mine) whose voice grated. I just could not get past how unattractive it was and had a hard time focusing on the call and answering her quick question =X

I bought flowers online to be delivered to a very dear friend on Valentine's day. Stupidly, despite the website asking me to specify the day for delivery, they delivered it five hours after I ordered it - nearly three days ahead of when I asked for it to be delivered. Heh.

Still, she loved it.
