I was driving to work this morning and something exploded in my car. It gave me one hell of a fright - it sounded like a plastic container exploding or something electrical shorting.
After nothing more happened, and nothing seemed to have suffered in my car (apart from my heart rate) I kept going.
It wasn't until I got into work and was taking my packed lunch out of my bag to put in the fridge, that I realised that my yoghurt had popped! Burst! No electrical shorting, whew! Fortunately it had not opened immediately inside my handbag (it was inside the plastic bag that my lunch was in, inside my handbag).
I ate my mutant yoghurt as quickly as possibly - I didn't want it to burst further and try and take over the kitchen at work.
Edited: Ok. I think y'all (as sweet and as warming as it is) are possibly all a little over concerned. This was fluffy mousse yoghurt stuff, and I firmly believe that it was simply the change in temperature that caused the air inside the container to expand a little too vigorously, causing the pop - or possibly the stuff making it light and fluffy. Or both. Anyway, rest assured I wouldn't actually eat something I thought had a chance of being off - if the yoghurt had been anywhere near it, it would have gone straight to the bin.
