2. Did I ever send you the chicken curry recipe? If not, I send it with a challenge to go out and make curry! (I usually had a whole bunch of coriander, it changes the colour/flavour, and I prefer it!). If I already did, what are you still staring at the screen for? Begone and make curry!

As far as the curry...I'll add it to my to-do list. (Also bookmarking that entry.) Things are a bit tight at the moment, and I'm not in the cooking-iest mood. But I'm curious to try it. And when you visit, we can certainly all eat phad thai, and take photographic proof of the occassion.
I'll try to make it out there in May. Still ain't got an official invite, but...will figure-out something. I'm also tryin' to see, if feasible, about goin' to the Philippines around Feb.

Me neither, but I've no doubt Hev has those in the works and will send them out in good time. The Philippines sounds like an exciting trip! =D You will have to tell me a bit more about your plans for that when next we are on AIM or summat.
