So, I'm on the line for the Altitude Rewards customer centre. I have to say, holding for 30 minutes so far? Not very rewarding. I'm just saying. Also, my shoulder hurts (from holding the phone and doing things while waiting).
(And now it has been 45 minutes. The idiot receptionist for the Travel department said "oh, the wait is 20 minutes but it should get shorter!" Bah humbug.)
I have a whole mango for lunch. Plus whatever else I decide to eat. I haven't worked out what to get yet.
Wahoo! Picked up at 52 minutes of holding. And now they want to charge me $80.10 to change my flight. Eh. Could be worse. Of course, could have been better since only $6.60 of that is a change in the cost of taxes! Hah.
All done at just under 59 minutes.
In any event, that means my flights are changed and I am going to be home for an extended stay (~10 days. Huzzah! I can see people individually, or not try to fit 6 events in a single night! Yay!)
