fangirls, pirates do it for the booty, cat haiku: new rule, *headwall*, iKitty, lonely, cute and fluffy, refreshed, iSari, yayness, jade calligraphy, drunken snooch, indigo, iPirate, Twilight - E&B - Intoxicated, you make stitch cry, pumpkin kitty, cat haiku: inside/outside, o.0, ...purrrrfect, medusa snake-hair, logic has left, guess  how much, jd hiding, hollywood sari, indigo leaping, words are all i have
People underestimate having a nice phone voice. I don't mean for that sort of call either.

I just had a call from a girl (probably in a role similar to mine) whose voice grated. I just could not get past how unattractive it was and had a hard time focusing on the call and answering her quick question =X

Agreed, and good phone manners are important, too. I hate when business calls contain a lot of slang-ish poor English, or people don't identify themselves immediately, and so on.

I've found that telemarketers seem to have the best phone manners (probably because they're usually reading a script; of course, there are always the really aggressive ones who lack *all* manners, but that's another matter) but often the worst phone voices.
